3D Landscape Design

A project I was contracted to create the 2D site plan, material take-off, 3D still renders and 3D animated walk-thru.

This design went through a few iterations, ultimately settling on the design seen left.  One of the challenges was the immense grade change from bottom of the driveway to the main entry.  We ended up creating multiple landings to add some reprieve from the sheer number of stairs required to climb the hill at the front of the property.  Additionally, the backyard features low level deck with a hot tub all in a custom 3-season room.
