35 Ave Backyard Reno (2025)

This backyard reno / upgrade presented unique 3D design challenges requiring precision deck (slab) layout and a custom modelled cedar soaking tub design.
​
The same project deliverables - 2D plan, 3D still renders, 3D animated walk-thru, material sheet take off - applied to a backyard design that makes the most of a limited backyard space.
The video seen left was created and rendered in VizTerra Landscape Design software with final composite in Premiere Pro..
